TheConsultant operates as a fully remote SaaS — we don’t maintain a public walk-in office. Email is the fastest channel for every kind of request.
2. Response time commitment
- General & sales enquiries — within 1 business day.
- Billing & refund requests — within 1 business day, refund processed to your card within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Service outages or critical bugs — first response within 4 hours, even on weekends.
- Privacy & data-subject requests (GDPR/DPDPA) — acknowledged within 3 business days, completed within 30 days.
- Security disclosures — acknowledged within 24 hours.
3. What we cannot help with
- WhatsApp account suspensions imposed by Meta — please contact WhatsApp Support directly.
- Issues with messages your AI sent to third parties — you are the controller of your AI’s outputs (see Terms); we can help you tune the prompt but cannot intervene with the recipient.
- Refunds outside the conditions in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
