Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: No refunds for partial billing periods. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Our free 7-day trial means no charge if cancelled before the trial ends.

1. Free 7-day trial

Eligible new accounts receive a free 7-day trial. You may be asked to pre-authorise a payment method to confirm your identity, but you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. To cancel, go to your account dashboard → BillingCancel subscription, or email hello@theconsultant.chat from your registered address.

Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve a billing question more quickly than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge may result in suspension of your account pending review.
